Pros
When people quit or got let go I was assigned their duties/ tasks which equipped me with many skill sets and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Cons
Leadership is lacking in too many ways to count. Unfortunately this aspect has driven away many talented people. No promotions, no pay increases, no structure, no company culture in terms of acknowledgment for job well done. Never once had a hard # budget to work with. If you want to be overworked, underpaid and spoken to in a condescending tone then Health-Ade is the place for you.
