Discrimination against staff is ride vile toxic work environment, backstabbingat every level, those protected under disability employment laws are victimised, hard workers are not valued, rubbish pay for admin, now all bonuses removed (still have friends that work there, not through choice but necessity) micro managed, goal posts continually moved, no support from any management, no compassion for anyone,

Pros

The salary was decent, private medical insurance

Cons

Literally everything else. Senior management are all "yes people" and snakes. Middle management toxic and clueless. "Feedback" from auditors is less than useless.

Pros

None, it pays an average salary by industry/education in return for brainwashing, soul destroying work.

Cons

Indoctrinating, political and cult like job 'we are always right, don't question the narrative'. Rigid, painfully bureaucratic. If you do question anything, you will soon feel the consequences, micromanagement gestapo - like supervision. It shouldn't take long to start supecting this isn't really about 'helping people move forward with their lives' and 'quality service'. It's 'targets for the sake of targets', endless sisiphyc work not designed for genuinely helping human beings in need - but for the sadistic satisfaction of managers with sociopathic narcissistic traits, ticking boxes. It feels like an evil experiment of control, compliance with authority figures and obeying rules blindly. Milgram type of experiment. I wouldn't be surprised to find, in 50 years from now, that it was an experiment done on people - with so many 'nudge' behavioural scientists it is plausible. Behind the uplifting 'motivational' and 'team work' facade is micromanagement, cruelty, bullying, exploitation and abuse. 'Let us bully you so you can learn to bully others' type of environment, target driven, sanction based, carrot and stick culture. It has a propaganda, communist vibe to it. It is surprising how many people fall for it, and do not see the pattern here - mostly bad reviews, all reporting similar trends.
