      Pros

      The best thing about working at HCN is the location. Its right off of the major roadways.

      Cons

      Executive management does not care about lower level employees. Employees do not have a place to go if treated unfairly and are forced to deal with their issues in silence.

      HCN has a strong culture and does things for the greater good. Offers flexibility to its employees with options to work fully remote or in a hybrid environment.

      None that I could think of.
