Small company, vacation time is minimal compared to larger therapy contract companies

Management is not experienced enough to effectively run the facility. When complaints were made to unit coordinator, nothing was done to rectify or even take complaints seriously. When I went up the chain of command, I was chastised for being open and honest behind closed doors where it is supposed to be safe to vent frustration. This is evidently not so. Patient safety was certainly not taken seriously enough. Incompetent staff , unsafe and unethical nursing practice were apparently allowed to win through this particular employee voicing their own complaints of harassment to upper management when confronted about their gross wrongdoings. The employee threatened to file a law suit against the company if she /he would continue to feel harassed. Not once was her/his. actions investgated, thoroughly! It was just easier for management to terminate the squeaking wheel....
