      Pros

      Great managers. Pay is good if you work hard. They pay for your license which is great for new agents. If you’re not able to pass the exam there are other opportunities within the company as well.

      Cons

      I think it’s important to first note this is a fairly new company. There are growing pains and some hurdles to overcome. Some miscommunication and trial and error. For example not everything I was told in my interview panned out but he most important things did.

      Our department had a great leadership team, and the company, overall had great leadership.

      Unfortunately, the way things was structured was unsustainable.

      nothing horrible horrible horrible. So many direction changes and they don't give you the position your hired for.
