Pros

It being a remote job and flexible was a good thing for me. They also never gave me the raise that was promised after my 30 day training.

Cons

They let go of the whole department without any warning during a shift. All managers Supervisor and customer service representatives were out of a job.

nothing horrible horrible horrible. So many direction changes and they don't give you the position your hired for.
