Pros
It was a job, and I was hired with no previous experience.
Cons
For profit hospitals do not generally care about their employees or the updates to their building. My hospital hasn't been updated since the 1970's, it is old and gross; and I have cannot receive any benefits until I work over a certain number of hours- which is hard to do in a part time position.
