Great experience for someone who needs a first time job, not for professionals because nothing done here is professional whatsoever

They do not want you to have a voice, and if you are working under poor conditions or are underpaid you better not say anything because you’ll get fired, I watched the hardest working person in our office get fired. If you pitch good ideas, they will take them from you and give you no credit. In less than six months, the office has been restaffed several times because of the politics of this office and the head office has restaffed as well, even the people that are paid “well” don’t want to be here. The majority of the employees are leaving and they start you at $13 an hour to have you sit at the front desk and have several different managers telling you what to do, have patients stress you out, doctors that ask Spanish patients why they’ve been in America and don’t know English. It is encouraged to spy and report on your fellow staff to gain favor from the higher ups. Bullying and mistreatment will be ignored by HR if you are not amongst the favorite or popular group, they will not document these reports unless they are against you from management. This isn't a place of growth. Management has mocked employees for their race, accents, weight, clothing, and disabilities during workdays. There is no screening process, if they drug tested staff, half of management would fail. They promise bonuses if you harass patients to come in everyday and get their numbers up but they don’t care about the people they’re catering to and you’ll never get that bonus. The office staff is treated like garbage.
