      I managed a wonderful team and was able to develop my people management skills.

      Cons

      This was the most oppressive, toxic, and triggering environment I have ever experienced. I witnessed Executive leadership be both dishonest and abusive, to customers and employees respectively. Stories of inappropriate comments, racist and homophobic hiring/firing practices and gender bias ran rampant. I chose to leave because my moral compass would no longer allow me to be complicit in this kind of workplace. It manages to beat down even the most tolerant of souls. Everything negative you read on this site is true. The positive reviews are plants. Take your talent and your integrity elsewhere.

      A few good people that wanted to do their best to fix root cause issues.

      Where to start? CEO started in Sept 23', by early 24' replace the senior management team, by Sept 24' all but one remained. Former co-founder ran a shadow organization and carried out their own agenda. Tenured folks just either did what they were told (out of fear), or misinformed on what they were doing, in some cases the opposite of what they told you. CEO's strategy was not based in reality, he did not recognize that he did have the talent or capabilities to carry any sort of strategy. Technology stack is old and fragile, and there were single individuals responsible for key functions. SME's weren't. Customers told what they wanted to hear most of the time, and certain individuals would be surprised that it could not be done. Investors are likely throwing gasoline on a fire thinking it will burn itself out.
