      Pros

      The benefits are excellent and the company misson is admirable.

      Cons

      IT department is disorganized, not HIPAA compliant and will low key allow harassment to purge people they doesn't like. Very much a popularity contest rather than a business. Not interested in improving processes or security. There is no documentation for anything.

      I have some wonderful memories working for HFBG. Wonderful co workers and management. I highly recommend working for them
