Pros
When I started working for HealthLink the work, clients and management were interesting and challenging. This position allowed me to gain valuable experience in the are of Health IT and meet many great clients along the way, The pay was very competitive and slightly higher than industry standard.
Cons
Changes in management and re-structure made it harder for career development and it did not feel supportive anymore.
