      The same salary you earn 5 years ago is what you’ll still earn in the next 5 years, they owe superintendent fee . Promotion is only for those who work in the head office.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, documentation support, vetted patient population from Kaiser and Scripps, small company feel w/ frequent communication via app chats.

      Cons

      It was a small company and got bought out and personal feel has vastly decreased.
