Pros

Pros? Some people that work here are actual human beings who should leave this place and seek employment elsewhere where they'll be treated and paid accordingly.

Cons

Apparently "Sales runs the show here." I'm sorry, but all employees matter in all companies, whether you want to admit it or not. This company is an upside-down pyramid with multiple redundant positions/titles with many of those people getting jobs due to nepotism or "I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine." Doing business with other businesses simply because you're a partner in said business so you and your partner both make money. Upper management walks around the lab literally barking orders at other employees even when the CEO says in a town hall meeting addressing the entire company saying that this kind of behavior won't be tolerated. This is not a place where adults work and isn't a professional work environment in the slightest. These are overgrown children given titles by other overgrown children. Avoid this "company" at all costs. They will fire 30+ employees on the spot with no warning while giving themselves bonuses. The entire goal with this company is to sell ASAP, make their money, and then they'll all go to another company and do it all over again. Company emails spamming you to write positive reviews on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc. Avoid this place at all costs. Don't say you weren't warned.

Pros

This is as a provider that uses HealthTrack lab. Fast turnaround on specimens.

Cons

Unsure if results are accurate. Sometimes our regular lab has different results in culture. Do lab workers cut corners because they are overworked? Also, why are men not tested for BV bacteria with urethritis issues. These bacteria are proven to be cultured from the male urethra and prostate. Be an innovator and win life.
