Pros
Generally always something to do even if it is last minute work. Occasional company lunches. Consistent work schedule if you don't need/like flexibility.
Cons
No feedback on performance from leadership. Lack of project plans, everything is done at the last minute and is an emergency. Very little in the way of source control or management. Company is very inflexible with work schedules and does not like you taking time off work. Management makes promises and withholds information during the interview process.
