      Pros

      Holidays off, occasional bonuses like gift cards, food or merch

      Cons

      They play favorites, some of the management feels hard to approach. The health insurance is expensive for more than just the employee, No holiday pay and if you do offer to work holidays its base pay, Constant VTO, the pay is not competitive with the current national wage. Theres a constant stress of feeling like your going to be laid off due to the lack of work. HR is one person and theres a disconnect in communication. The company feels like its struggling to grow or thrive.

      Pros

      - company puts a lot of emphasis on culture - usually promotes from within - long standing company with many long term employees - Incredible team. "teamwork makes the dream work" - Regularly have new, exciting project kicking off which keep you busy learning/developing - It's easier to speak up and have an impact on the company than other places I've worked

      Cons

      The new, exciting projects can make things feel chaotic, which requires regularly developing and learning new procedures. Sometimes it feels like you just got comfortable and then things change.
