      You are Pretty much left alone

      Cons

      Left alone which while it can be a positive it also means you don't have the support nor training you need. Male dominated company and it shows in how others are treated.

      Pros

      - company puts a lot of emphasis on culture - usually promotes from within - long standing company with many long term employees - Incredible team. "teamwork makes the dream work" - Regularly have new, exciting project kicking off which keep you busy learning/developing - It's easier to speak up and have an impact on the company than other places I've worked

      Cons

      The new, exciting projects can make things feel chaotic, which requires regularly developing and learning new procedures. Sometimes it feels like you just got comfortable and then things change.
