      No Growth , when you go to promotion then they reject you . giving these reasons how many time you become genie of the week , you don't have org visibility, you haven't done any org initiative. they don't value your work they value only what you have done extra apart from work .

      Cons

      Very bad management, Lots of politics and blame games, They treat employees with disrespect and start blaming them without any reason whenever the company is in loss, zero growth opportunities, will expect you to work 24x7 with very less salary
