Supportive of consultants. Has worked very hard to keep as many consultants employed during the pandemic as possible.

Came up with salary ranges a few years ago by supposedly surveying the industry but then most consultants were at the top of the range so no raises.

Still the best company I ever worked for in terms of quality of life, job satisfaction, and culture, but these qualities are changing.

Culture is changing; recent changes in leadership have resulted in significant change in the "feel" of the leadership personality--it's developing much more of a hierarchical structure--almost a 'good ol' boy' feel. The sense of equality between associates and leadership is definitely gone, which was a crucial aspect of company culture.
