Pros
Honestly, there's nothing good about the company, especially as an employee here. All they need is money making machines. They hire you as consultants but you end up being a sales agent. There is no clarity provided on the job profile. They keep rushing you into completing the onboarding process and no explanation is given later.
Cons
They terminate you without any notice, they don't inform you about it prior, It is clearly mentioned that they are supposed to give a written notice if they terminate, but they don't follow their own rules and regulations. The worst company ever to work in. There is no mail or information given about our final settlements, no reply on mails, and the HRs block your contact if you follow up with them. Some employees are fired without even giving as much as a text message. They were directly removed from the system. Don't fall prey to such companies where they say something and do completely opposite.
