Pathetic, self centred management. Makes coaches do sales when they have a sales team already. Hires and fires. No direction at all. They make you work like donkeys. No leaves on Sundays or public holidays if the company sense make enough revenue. Revenue is the only goal. They don’t care if employees are doing well otherwise. They will threaten to fire you or put you on unwanted processes like pip. The BUs are unruly and speak like trash. No dignity of labour. They act like they pay you in lakhs and you work like you get peanuts. Make you work overtime. Unwanted meetings. In all these years the company only has 1 or max 2 subject related training’s, compared to daily training and lectures by your tl regarding how to make revenue. Dirty politics and unwanted comparisons. Unhealthy competition. The BUs specifically treat the TLs like trash which is clearly seen in meetings. They earn well by making us slog. In January they won’t even give you Sunday off. No leave for casting your vote. Illegal and unethical practices practiced here. No care for mental/ physical health of the employees. Deductions in employee salary from the fixed wage itself, when they have signed the contract saying the minimum pay is xyz. Each coach can lose upto 20% salary for no fault of theirs. By calling us consultants they make sure to cut costs and employees don’t get benefits from it. They expect work to be done even during break hours and post work hours. Each coach has a minimum of 200 clients which increases the burden on the coach. Also makes they service quality poor. Meanwhile the owner is busy singing at pubs and making his hobbies shine, touring countries. I don’t know if he has any idea how pathetic his company is becoming.
