Double Standard Leadership - Provider Relations Healthmap Solutions Employee Review

I am tired of Leadership enforcing us to be on camera yet certain Quality Practice Advisors, Managers and Provider Relationship Managers are consistently staying off camera during our Team meetings. This is absolutely the most unfair display of policy enforcement, leadership and morale. It creates a perception of entitlement as if they get "special" allowances and priviledges. It needs to stop! Rules and policies apply to all and they need to be enforced across the board equally.
