Greedy company - Technician Healthscope Employee Review

Will work you like a dog, no appreciation or support is shown. Crazy busy yet HOD wants to look like a 'hero' and accepts more work from other cities who are also struggling because there is so much workload. Only appreciation shown was a bag of chips in the tearoom after a busy month. HR is no better, I have heard appalling things and they have too - but not a thing was done. Management needs to do better if they want to keep their workers. After pressuring me and making it extremely difficult to quit, I finally went to another company and already I have a higher salary than my 10 years of being there.
