Pros
A good starting point for getting on the career ladder, pay was reasonable but very varied across the team, office was in a good location!
Cons
Awful decisions were made during my time here. Management are terrible, with no idea how to treat people. Stuck in the 80s with a backwards mindset and mentality. Feel they know best and refuse to listen to those placed (and employed to) give advice. Great products that are only held back by the people making the decisions! Feel they can treat people like dirt because they're one of the biggest companies on the island!
