Pros

New. Has room for promotion.

Cons

Upper management lack leadership skills. Wants to implement change but they are not that receptive to it. Promotes people based on who they know and not with what they know. Most of the people in upper management only became directors because they were there from the beginning. But most if not all of them still lacks the leadership qualities to make the business grow. They also overworked their people due to improper delegation of tasks. I was a sup but I am also doing QA which I should not be doing because there are QA specialists. And they low ball you with their salary offer. There’s also a director who owns a concessionaire that serves food to one of the site. I just find it odd that the owner is allowing this.

Pros

Very passionate and great coworkers, the teams are very caring and embrace each other like family during stressful and good times alike. When things are good and not chaotic it can be a very pleasant experience. There is a lot of potential for growth,

Cons

Owners have very poor communication between each other and do not run the business with honest integrity. They pitch a democratic style approach and not hierarchal but in reality that is far from the truth. Extremely reactive and do not speak to their staff with the same respect as they do clients. They are dismissive, entitled and can be incredibly rude. They fostered a climate of distrust and do not take the time to properly staff roles as they grow leading to high turnover which causes more stress on the current staff. Bonuses are said to be profit based but they do not provide reports on revenue and profits. T They do not pay livable wages, and they do not provide appropriate raises. They have no efficient payroll system, they have tried to create one in house for the past 3 years, utilizing multiple operations managers and staff to do the work of an accountant without proper compensation and this is on top of the duties expected of their role. Due to this there are multiple issues during payroll time which causes a delay to getting paid. Pay is on a bi-monthly schedule, there are times where it was 20 days between paychecks due to this setup.
