Great Place until change of ownership - Operation Manager HeartSmart.com Employee Review

Heartsmart.com has been a blessing to me and my job is honestly one of the things I look forward to most during the week. It has given me so much flexibility and opportunity and for that, I am very thankful. From the customers, products, to the entire team and the atmosphere, simply being around my second family makes being at work, not really "work". Just something I love to do.

No cons or downsides regarding this company or position

Progressive company, allows and encourages employees to scale with the growth, fast-paced, adopts technology to improve workflows, management tries to manage to the individual instead of generically. Real place, with real people. It's a family environment - employees make actual connections - people get to know each other on more than just a work level. Which is definitely a PRO, not a CON.

Not really a con. The company is growing. Fast. That causes growing pains. Not like Kirk Cameron/Alan Thicke Growing Pains. But instead I refer to the common challenges that EVERY BUSINESS EVER must overcome while going through the stages of business growth. You know the type - there are about 1,204 books on the topic. Ownership addresses these growing pains. That's how it works. You've seen the good, you've seen the bad, you've seen it all, and then you've had... The Fact of Life. The Facts of Life. I guess in the end, it does come back to Kirk Cameron and Alan Thicke. It always does.
