      Free snacks. Close gyms. Friendly working environment

      Cons

      About 40 people are remaining after massive layoff. The funny thing is more than 10 peoples are top managements (CO's, VP's and directors) out of the 40 employees. Some VP levels and directors were promoted and newly hired even after the massive layoff. No one took the responsibility about the wrong strategies and lies at all-hands meetings.

      HeartFlow is an innovative company with a strong mission, smart and dedicated employees, and meaningful work that has real impact on patient care. The pace is fast and many teams are collaborative, passionate, and deeply committed to advancing healthcare technology.

      Cons

      While the company has strong technology and talented employees, the environment can be challenging due to dysfunctional leadership dynamics, inconsistent decision-making, and a culture that at times feels driven by fear and favoritism. Concerns around toxic executive behavior, lack of accountability, and discriminatory practices have negatively impacted morale, trust, and employee retention.
