Pros

HeartFlow’s technology is impressive and genuinely has the potential to make a difference in healthcare. That’s about the only good thing I can say.

Cons

Everything else is a complete mess. Training? Doesn’t exist. You’re expected to figure things out on your own with little to no guidance. The company culture has taken a nosedive, and what was once a promising environment has turned into a toxic wasteland of bad leadership and even worse decision-making. Mid-management is an absolute trainwreck—clueless, incompetent, and only interested in protecting themselves while throwing employees under the bus. Communication is a disaster, priorities shift on a whim, and leadership is so out of touch they might as well be on a different planet. Career growth? Forget about it. You’re just a cog in a broken machine.
