Far too many to mention. Dysfunctional board of directors, constant infighting and factions changing, depending on which "trial" company structure they will be testing that week. There is no passion about the product, and a worrying lack of respect for anyone, staff or customer, with the exception of the Meggitt parent comapny, who seem so myopic that they constantly let the wool be pulled over their eyes, allowing massive investment in all the wrong things. Serious quality issues in production, lack of deep knowledge on how to make the product Simply an embarrassment to work there.
