Pros

NONE - ZERO - ZILCH - NADA - NEGATIVE !!!!!! Any positive reviews posted on this site are from a paid PR firm or from employees that were told to post a positive review. How unethical......... Read all the reviews sorted by DATE, not by POPULAR. See the pattern ? Its all true !!! No rating available for less than 1 star !!!

Cons

PLENTY - The worst CEO that I ever worked for. The man is a raving lunatic !!! Paranoid schizo !! Lies to everyone, including clients, employees, vendors. He claims to do work for Fortune 500 companies but that was many years ago. He claims he was a college professor, also many years ago. His wife claims to be the COO and all she does is disrupt the office. She's the enabler. Issues with getting paid on time or at all. No benefits, hostile work environment, using old computers and very old software. After you leave the company, Hebert will blame you for everything, give you a poor reference, claims you stole from the company. Worst experience I ever had !!!!

Pros

Here you are able to make a large impact in a small business, that helps make long term positive changes in the world of big business. Another plus of a smaller company is working more closely with the CEO and upper level management, which comes the opportunity to be noticed for quick advancement. I feel that my work is ethical and sound knowing that we present data objectively, without bias toward the customers anticipated outcomes. Free parking, good coffee, and clean offices also doesn't hurt.

Cons

Being part of a small company comes with different challenges than when participating in a large corporate conglomerate. Not offering competitive group health insurance is unfortunate, but with the new health reform, income based stipends gives enough options for price/coverage for most people. Outside of the personal water cooler gossip that spreads like wild fire, there is just cons specific to Job roles and the expectations that come with the lower level positions including turnover. How ever this is an issue I have seen and experienced in many other companies large and small.
