Pros

The work is fun with a different challenge all the time, whether it is a complex part that no other company can build or a new design that has never been proven out. The people are fun to work with. You get to wear many different hats because of the size of the company.

Cons

The company is slow to invest in new technology and software. This is due to the lengthy process of approvals. Program management is very inexperienced and there has been a high turnover rate in their group.

Pros

The HR Manager is an absolute allstar. One of the best people I have ever met in any walk of life. Absolute joy to work for and be around. He will never get enough credit for the top rate job he does day in and day out.

Cons

There were some employees there that had been there for a very long time and were some of the most miserable people I have ever been around. The office is a cube farm and there were about 10 ladies that worked through different parts of the office that weren't happy unless they were making other people question their own existence. Of the 120 employees there, there were about 5-6 people that were great. About 10 that made everyday unbearable and the rest were faceless, nameless, foreigners working in the shop. The long term employees dumped all of the crappy work that no one else wanted to do on me with little to no direction while I ran administration for the entire company on top of that for minimal pay. I could stand the work but I could not stand the ladies that worked there. From what I heard they ran off the person in my position before me and after me Im sure the trend will continue. Very poor overall moral. Lots of unhappy people working in the office. Deadend job unless you have an Engineering degree.
