Pros
Sustainable market. Some of the staff are honest people. You should keep distance though. Some flexibility.
Cons
Chaos between departments, tons of micromanaging. No resources for development. Rotation is huge. Big warning: if the company is hiring is because people are leaving, not because they are growing (completely fake news) Do not waste your time. If you want real insight you will need to contact people who worked there.
