Pros
As someone wrote in some of these reviews: cakes on Wednesday... but that is it.
Cons
There is no culture at all nor any values to live up to. Salary is way below the market. People need to be 100 per cent with MT or you are out, yes: this is real. So at the moment is a company full of people pleasers. Zero investment in people at all. For the ones "staying" voluntarily, I will not be too confident.
