Management is very unprofessional. They do not value their staff, you're treated as though you can be replaced immediately. Staff were always concerned about being let go unfairly.
There is no work culture. There's an obvious level difference between management and just being a staff memeber.
Alot of inappropriate talk by staff higher up in management.
Disrespectful talk from management about models which caused such a negative Environment to be in.
Staff were sometimes humiliated Infront of team with no respect or privacy.
Number of staff let go with extremely unfair dismissal.
No external HR so because a staff member took on the role of HR and was close with management no staff could speak up about issues.
Staff made to feel incompetent and pathetic in their role.
