Pros
I had the pleasure of working at HS for almost four years. I loved the collaboration, company values and team incentives. My team were fantastic and the company is going through lots of exciting growth and changes- there should be lots more opportunities for progression if that continues!
Cons
With change comes challenges like trying to implement and navigate new systems- sometimes we have to rely on manual solutions in the meantime.
