Staff are great to work with

- no direct deposit - inconsistent paycheques - paycheques bounce - CEO and wife yell and embarrass employees in front of all staff - company hires staff knowing that their paycheques will bounce - for a tech company hours are 9 am to 6 pm in-office NO EXCEPTION - no team morale - don't pay their vendors - pay is docked if you're late - CEO usually works 2pm - 8pm, and often is eating all day, so it's hard to get any face time. - if CEO asks you to stay late for a meeting to fit with his schedule, then you don't get overtime/time off in lieu. So if you work 9 am - 8 pm, you get standard pay and if you're late the next day, then you get docked hours. - the accountant is rude and lazy

Employees are beyond nice. The people working here are nice and caring, but unfortunately lack the courage to speak up for one another.

CEO and his wife run the company. Extremely toxic and old school. They refuse to pay employees on time and it could go on for months. There is no work from home or flexibility. You are expected to be in office no matter what from 9-6. If you come late, they dock your pay. If you work overtime, you are not allowed to bank it or be paid. They will have employees come in on a stat holiday and will not pay time and a half. CEO and his wife will tell at employees out in the open and degrade the moral of all team members. You are not treated with any rights with this company. There is no HR at this work place. Be warned.
