I believe the HR Department, particularly in Global Business Services, is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that continues to evolve. Like any growing team, there are areas that can still be strengthened — especially around process efficiency — and that’s completely understandable. Continuous improvement is part of the journey, and it’s great to see the team striving for it.
