Pros
There is a lot to learn as this is a start up company. There is flexible work hours as long as you deliver your tasks. Well managed development cycle. People are generally helpful and friendly. Allows limited remote work.
Cons
As a startup, work life balance may deteriorate when you need to deliver a big feature. Some processes feels like a drag rather than being helpful. Company may defer salary when there is funding issue. Higher ups are making questionable decisions at times. There aren't much benefits as well.
