Always would like more money but I am not negative on the salary

I have worked for HelloHero (HH) as a Speech Language Pathologist for two years. HH contracts with different schools. I work directly with my service manager, Becky, who provides all information needed to schedule and set up sessions as well as mediates between the school. She has been instrumental in helping me work with the different school districts and I truly appreciate that support she provides throughout the school year. It has been wonderful having a go to person if I have any questions with the different schools. Alexis and the tech team are awesome too! When I had to complete an evaluation at the last minute, the HH team really stepped up and provided everything necessary to get the evaluation done in a timely manner. They have a thorough and organized approach that makes it easy for therapists to find out what they need. From scheduling students on the platform to providing guidance with IEP progress reports and evaluations, they provide easy access to obtaining the information you need. Also, it has been so valuable to me that I can choose my own hours that fits with my current schedule. They are fair in providing payment for indirect time or if a student doesn’t show up to session. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience and feel valued as a speech therapist working for this company.

One thing I wish they provided are free CEUs and/or compensation for renewing national + state licenses. This would be helpful to stay current in the field.
