      New organization which is in the middle of exciting opportunities for staff to grow Cool team members and management with good network Attention to mentorship CEO has creative vision and is forward thinking and open to new ideas Collaboration with hearst allows for big opportunities

      Still in early phases so good for people who are flexible and have that start up mentality to work hard and jump right in, but is rapidly changing environment can bring challenges

      Pros

      HelloMaaS was a great first step in my career! The company is very fast-paced which, at times, can be challenging. However, it teaches you how to create new strategies quickly and execute them. You get to take ownership of your own tasks and ideas. They are always open to new ones. The team is great. Everyone has their own capabilities and skillsets, but are always open to support you in your dat-to-day or personally. Moreover, Louise and the advisors of HelloMaaS put time and effort into your personal development. If you are able to work hard, learn quickly and adapt when necessary; HelloMaaS is a place for you!

      Cons

      Be prepared to go the extra mile. A startup is a place in which you have to invest your own time and energy in order to make steps.
