      Pros

      Great company to work for. They give you a lot of opportunities to grow and develop your skills. You're given the freedom to forge your own path, take ownership, and generate ideas to contribute to company success.

      Cons

      If you don't like "autonomous working" and picking up projects then this might not be the best fit for you. Working in a start-up requires autonomy and being able to think in the best interest of the company.

      Pros

      New organization which is in the middle of exciting opportunities for staff to grow Cool team members and management with good network Attention to mentorship CEO has creative vision and is forward thinking and open to new ideas Collaboration with hearst allows for big opportunities

      Cons

      Still in early phases so good for people who are flexible and have that start up mentality to work hard and jump right in, but is rapidly changing environment can bring challenges
