      Pros

      - fantastic people to work with - great management within marketing - FULL flexibility over work/life - complete autonomy to work when/how/where you do your best work - good benefits offered for a series B org - company culture is a focus eg offsite at Warren House Hotel

      Cons

      - progression plans could be clearer (this was being addressed when I left) - growing environment means always lots to focus on and sometimes unclear where to place your bets to align with everyone else

      Pros

      I have met some amazing people...

      Cons

      * CEO - there's a lot to be said but read all other reviews for a full picture. * The chief of staff frequently criticises colleagues in public forums / meetings, has become deeply involved in recruitment, HR and revenue decisions and it shows that this is not her area of expertise and calls out people for not coming to the office. Its ridiculous for a remote first company.

      Pros

      some really great people to work with who are understanding, flexible and trying to help you develop with career goals and aspirations - but sadly falls on its face due to upper management

      Cons

      too many to list if i am honest, but one primary one is lack of communication, clique groups and serious concerns with decision making with upper management
