Some benefits at the beginning of my work experience were interesting.

In general, for me it was a real nightmare to work in Helm Bank, because it is quite difficult to grow and even in the Treasury area some bosses used to mistreat employees and force them to work overtime without pay. Human Resources should be more proactive in order to prevent mobbing in this company.
