      Pros

      I enjoyed providing help to the clients and witnessing the success of survivors. I knew my work was actually helping the community.

      Cons

      The pay was not great! Just above minimum wage for the time. Somewhere between $12 - $14 for part time work. It can be rough being on-call. I just suggest employees having safe space to decompress and utilize therapy if needed. Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup.

      Very family oriented and flexible. Close knit family like environment.

      Never have I worked with a more disorganized place in my life Not only is it disorganized but it is filthy and disgusting. Only 1 or 2 staff are worth investing your time in All the others are not worth the time proceed with caution ...
