      As it is an NGO you have to manage with the low pay grade system. But there is the scope of rise as well in this organization which help you to achieve a better pay grade.

      Pros

      It is an old organisation and ground staff are working very efficiently for the elderly.

      Cons

      Leadership is very bad. There is no place to complain. HR is also very bad. They hire for a role but then give some other work that is not aligned to the job profile.
