HelpGood is not only an awesome company making the world a better place, it's a great place to work! The leadership allows for significant independence, but at the same time, is also available for support and presence anytime necessary. This is a lean company not bogged down by annoying corporate culture or guidelines, just looking to get the best results for clients. The work is always extremely interesting given their diversified clientele, and rewarding because each client is a nonprofit or changemaker. Overall, as with any digital media company there are the usual plug and play permutations but there is a lot of room for creativity and input.
