Pros

Managers are flexible with hours, low-pressure on getting work done a certain way, ideas are always welcomed, minimal requirements to apply for job, overall good culture, and part of a great cause.

Cons

Accountability is a problem at the mid and low level positions, personality clashes that leads to massive drama, lack of organization and professionalism, too centralized organization structure.

Pros

This place could be good to get some entry level experience.

Cons

The workplace could turn into a disaster because HHRD does not take action when an employee is bullied by another senior employee. This is usually the case among the younger generation. Unfortunately the older generation supports these types of behaviors. When this happens, the HR does not want to involve the victim to any of their meetings/gatherings and makes them feel worthless by excluding them from learning new things. Their sister organization does not have a safe environment for their employees. They should renovate/change their location.
