Like industry the outside sales force tends to change frequently. People leave for better opportunities. Below average pay but flexible work schedules possible.

Some nice employee incentives. Nice people. Newer building.

Employee favoritism and nepotism makes a difficult work environment. No real new hire training. Poor internal communication.
