      Some nice employee incentives. Nice people. Newer building.

      Employee favoritism and nepotism makes a difficult work environment. No real new hire training. Poor internal communication.

      good team work & product

      Cons

      Low paying compared to similar companies in the wire/cable /component industry. High turnover. The only ones who are making money are the US President and the factory. Not a place to work for people want to make decent money.
