Pros
There were pros in the beginning however, the company started to become incredibly corporate, less fun, and extremely strict. There was discounts on product and the pay was good, but any pro was outweighed by cons.
Cons
High turn over for roles, no goals outlined. It was difficult to feel like we were working towards something where goals were not outlined by leadership. Lots of firing back to back on teams, which created a toxic and fearful atmosphere.
There were no benefits outside of healthcare at 3 months of working there. No maternity or paternity leave, no flexibility in your work schedule.
