Pros

- You might get exposure to multiple projects very quickly. - If you’re looking for pressure-based work, you will learn to handle tight deadlines. - Some team members are supportive, but interaction is limited due to strict rules.

Cons

Don’t join this company because: - Within just 1 hour of joining, they assign tasks and demand estimates. No proper onboarding or knowledge transfer is provided—direct task allocation happens without context. - After assigning tasks, they constantly ask for updates within short intervals. Even simple tasks are micromanaged (“This is 5 min work, why are you taking 15 min?”). - The work culture feels like a school environment—they run timers on systems, and you cannot even talk freely with team members. - The company has 4 CEOs, which leads to complete mismanagement, confusion, and lack of direction. - They assign 5 projects at the same time, and every project is treated as the “top priority,” creating chaos and unrealistic expectations. - If you fail to complete all 5 projects simultaneously, they send an “unproductive day” email and even deduct salary for that day. Overall: No proper process, extreme micromanagement, and toxic work culture. Employees are treated unfairly, with zero respect for time, effort, or work-life balance.

Pros

There is nothing positive to say; this company not only plays with its employees but also with its clients.

Cons

1. Toxic environment. 2. Unprofessional. 3. Managers always watch you on cctv (micromanagement on its peak). 4. This company don't care about employees career. 5. Blackmail you for your experience later. (Bolenge tumhari next company k background verification me tumhara negative review denge, career kharab kr denge). 6. You have to handle 3 to 4 projects simultaneously, and if you do not meet the daily deadline—welcome to an 'Unproductive Day,' which means after working the whole day, you will receive zero (0) salary for that day. 7. After resignation they will start blackmailing you to hold your experience latter and new company's background verification. 8. A common pattern for this company - Hire Interns/Freshers after there degree with 1 Year or now 2 Years of bond, 45/60 days (Working days) of notice period, It will be nearly 3-4 months (You will not get the salary monthly in notice period), They can assign you fresh new Task or even new Projects in your notice period, they can extend your notice period, after your notice period they will put two option to you ether take your notice period salary (FNF) or experience latter (with maybe positive background verification), which mean you have to forget about your 3-4 month of salary to get your experience latter. (forget about how much rent you paid and your expenses of these 3-4 months), Its rare to get FNF (Full and final payment) and experience later both. 9. One of the worst company in Mohali.

Pros

Honestly, there’s nothing positive to mention.

Cons

Toxic environment — The workplace culture is extremely negative, filled with micromanagement and constant pressure. No career growth — The company shows no concern for employees’ learning or professional development. Unethical behavior — They use threats during and after employment. For example, they claim to give negative feedback during background verification to damage your career prospects. Overwork with unrealistic deadlines — Employees are often forced to handle 3–4 projects simultaneously. If you fail to meet daily deadlines, your day is marked as “Unproductive,” meaning you get zero salary for that entire day despite working. Post-resignation harassment — Once you resign, they start blackmailing you to delay your experience letter or background verification, demanding you complete unnecessary work even after serving notice. Exploitative notice period — The company usually imposes a 45–60 working day notice period, which effectively becomes 3–4 months. During this time, salaries are often withheld. They might assign new projects just to stretch your notice further. Exploitation of interns and freshers — A common pattern here is hiring interns or fresh graduates with one- or two-year bonds, making them work long hours with minimal pay and no learning opportunity. 5-star ratings are often not genuine; employees are encouraged or pressured to give them in front of HR, creating a false sense of positivity.
